These strings are excellent for my viola. They give a warm sound and project well.

Really good set of strings for my viola.

Really good set of strings for my viola. I have a small 15 1/2" French viola that these strings sound great on. I have switched out the A string with a Larsson and had even better results. For my instrument this combination sounds much better than any other brand of strings or combinations I have used. I play mostly violin and cannot use Dominants, they wear out way to quickly, but the Dominant viola strings seem to last and keep their resonance quite a long time, especially on the C and G, with no tinny, metallic sound.
