Versum Solo Cello A & D Duo Pack

I use gut strings for D,G and C. The Versum Solo A is the best match for the gut strings. It has power but also a warmth and flexibility which is very reassuring. My students love Versum Solo strings because they give them great stability and evenness of sound for their instruments. I highly recommend the Versum Solo A for any and all cello needs!

I play a fine old Italian cello and I find that the Versum Solo D string works very well on my instrument. It blends very well the the Jargar Superior A string. The Versum Solo strings make playing much easier, they respond quickly and produce a beautiful and effortlessly projecting sound.

I am back to using my Prim D until I find something better

Superb, bright, wonderful, textured strings. The D string stands out as one of the best I've ever used. As we cellists know, the D string can be a tough string to make sing. Versum Solo does the trick, and more. Both strings are punchy, with beautiful core sound, and especially easy to play. As a cellist who always enjoyed pirastro strings more, this is a welcome change.
